Change theme/appearance of your mail account

You can switch between the following themes:

  • Mail.World (Standard, International)
  • LookOut (Alternatively Design, International
  • Mobile (default setting when you log in from your mobile)

To change the theme (you must be logged in to your webmail):

  • Mail.World: Click TOOL in the top right, click GENERAL, select OPTION, click SAVE
  • LookOut: Click TOOL in the upper right, click GENERAL, select OPTION, click SAVE
  • Mobile: Click SETTINGS in the upper right, click GENERAL, select OPTION, click SAVE

iPhone/Smartphone setup (IMAP)

Your account must be upgraded before you can access Mail.World via IMAP. After upgrading your account, do the following on your iPhone/Smartphone:

  • Select Email, Contacts, Calendars
  • Touch Add Account
  • Select Other
  • Enter your email account information
  • Choose IMAP
  • Hostname must be: (standardport 993)
  • Enter your email address
  • Enter your password
  • Outgoing mail host name: (standardport 465)
  • Enter your email address
  • Enter your password.
  • Press OK to connect without SSL if prompted
  • It may take a few minutes to establish the connection the first time
  • Once the connection is complete, be sure to press Save
Upgrade Account

Too little space

Make sure you delete old and outdated mail when you are close to your limit. Also, remember to clean up the "Sent Mail" folder and empty your trash after deleting messages. When your quota is close to the limit, you will not be able to receive mail if this results in your total quota being exceeded. You also will not be able to send mail.

If you do not want to delete old messages, the solution may be to upgrade your account to get more space.

Subscription termination

When you upgrade your account, you'll sign a subscription that will automatically renew on expiration. This can be terminated at any time with effect from the end of the current subscription period.

A subscription can not be terminated retroactively, but the purchased upgrade will be available until the payment period expires. When a subscription is terminated, no additional charges will be made.

When you cancel your subscription, your mail account will be automatically deleted when the current payment period expires.

Why has my email account been disabled?

There may be several reasons why an email account has been disabled. Once an email account is disabled, it is not accessible and no mail can be sent or received in the account.

Possible reasons:

  • Lack of account activation
  • Failure to upgrade after end of trial
  • An expired subscription to an upgraded account could not be renewed.
  • The account has been used to send spam
  • The account has been attempted by others to send spam to change password
  • The account has been attempted hacking to change password
  • An incorrect password has been entered multiple times than allowed

Log in to your to see if you can recreate your disabled account under Inbox + Account Activation . This does not apply if the user has deleted his/her account or if the account has been deleted after completion of the trial.
